Devise a questionnaire to assess the training needs of your
staff (both teachers and support staff) to cover this module. Remember, not all
staff will need to know everything.
Identify a group with a particular training need and use these materials to devise
training for them. Consider if some of the group will need you to support them afterwards.
For example, if you are training teachers to give a presentation to a review meeting,
you may need to spend time with individuals helping them to find ways to ensure
that the views of a pupil with speech, language and communication difficulties can
be represented accurately.
