In some cases it may be appropriate to make an appeal. Where individuals wish to
dispute the decisions of public bodies, Parliament has established a Tribunals Service.
Where the issues to be resolved relate to children with SEN and disabilities the relevant
service is the First-tier Tribunal (Special Educational Needs and Disability).
