With the review group, consider overall progress in the priority areas and discuss
any modifications that need to be made to the action plan.
Return to the original indicators and questions to see if any new questions have
arisen during the implementation phase. This will indicate how the work might be
carried forward.
This process will also be on going as it is unlikely that all the priorities will
be achieved at the same time.
Report to the headteacher and leadership team and provide feedback to staff on the progress that has been made so far.
This fifth phase then blends into a return to Phase 2 and a continuation of the improvement cycle. From a new (improved) starting point you can pose new questions and establish new indicators to take the work forward.
